A traditional soba/udon noodle restaurant in Nihombashi.
Their soba is made daily with fresh stone-ground buckwheat, using the stone mill
exhibited at the entrance. Their soba noodles are of course delicious, but they also serve wonderful duck meat dishes.
‘ Soba noodles topped with duck meat and green onions’ and ‘cold soba noodles with hot duck meat soup’ are probably the most popular among their lunch menu.
You can also enjoy other duck meat dishes in the evening. |
